1. FULL FUNDING (applies to all projects)

· This is the traditional way, individual funds 100% or the bank funds.

· This can be turnkey project, labour only or fix and supply in stages.

· Money is injected into the project as work progresses.

· Bring plan to us for pricing

· Contract and relevant paperwork are signed

· Project starts up to agreed stage or completion.

· Payments will be done as per contract. Last payment will be paid after completion and paperwork is done.

2. INDUSTRIAL GENERAL MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS

· Company contract Tessmak as their maintenance company

· Every time a problem (of up to R2000 per each call out) arises, Tessmak comes to fix.

· If the problem requires more than R2000, the company pays the difference immediately.

· An Invoice is accumulated and issued once per month

· Payment is done once at the end of each month
