Packages

1. FULL FUNDING (applies to all projects)

· Individual funds 100% of the project

· Bring plan to us for project pricing

· Contract and relevant paperwork are signed

· Site handover and Project starts till completion.

· Payments will be done as per contract. Last payment will be paid after completion and paperwork is done.

· Project handover

2. PARTIAL FUNDING

· Individual raises 70% of the project cost

· Bring plan to us for project costing

· Contract and all paperwork signed

· Site handover and project start till completion

· Payment (70%) is done once off at the beginning

· Balance to be paid in instalments for 6 months

3. PAY AS YOU GO (Paygo)

· Bring plan for project pricing

· Contract and all paperwork signed

· Pay total of the stage(s) you can manage

· Site hand over and work for paid stage is completed

· When ready for next stage, pay and cycle carries on

· Work has a limit of 12 months. Beyond that, project costing is recalculated.

4. NO FUNDING

· Bring plan for project costing

· Contract signing and all paperwork

· Pay instalments every month to Tessmak till either per stage(s) (paygo) or 70% of total (partial funding)

· Work is done and payment is done as per paygo or partial payment

5. WORK IN ADVANCE (ONCE OFF) - (For Shops, businesses, Offices & Industries)

· Identify work to be done

· Tessmak does the work up to 1000USD. Any excess is paid for immediately.

· Payment is spread in 2 months

6. INDUSTRIAL GENERAL MAINTENANCE SYSTEM (CONTRACTUAL) – (for big businesses)

· Contract Tessmak as your maintenance company.

· Whenever you need maintenance (structural & utility works) Tessmak comes to fix. Each call out cost of up to 1000USD is catered for in advance by Tessmak. Any excess over 1000USD is paid for immediately.

· All invoices are accumulated and paid for once per month.
